Full Board The quoted rates are per stay, per room, in Full Board format, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.

Check-In Check-in time begins at 2 pm. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and offer the available services.

Check-out Check-out time is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. For a departure after this time, the daily rate will apply.

Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.

CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults.

UNCONSUMED MEALS Any meals not consumed at the hotel cannot be deducted from the board price.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except where specifically indicated.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each booking will be valid if accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the entire amount paid will be returned in the form of a voucher, which can be used until the 30th of September 2023.

EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel by means of cash, debit and credit card. At the time of booking via bank transfer and credit card.
